Hogan Family Dental offers patients secure, online access to their patient account, appointments, and treatment plans. You will now be able to make a payment online from the comfort of your own home – even outside of regular business hours!

Appointments

See a list of your upcoming appointments. Schedule hygiene appointments.

Secure Email

Have a question about your treatment plan or care? Send a secure email to Dr. Eric through this patient portal. He will be able to securely send you a reply. You will need to login to your patient portal to read this reply and see any attachments that have been included.

Update Contact Details

Update your contact details when you move, change phone numbers or email addresses.

Accounting

Check your balance. Print your transactions for tax purposes. Check that a personal or insurance payment has been posted.

ACCESS PATIENT PORTAL

Patients will need a unique login in name and password available from Hogan Family Dental. You will have the opportunity to change your password once you have logged into the patient portal. If you forget your password, a new one can be generated for you.
